Shipping & Insurance


Shipping:

97% of our orders are dispatched the next business day once payment has been received and phone verification has been completed. Then, once your parcel is dispatched, you will be notified via email with your unique "Tracking Number" and Delivery Details at around 6-9pm Australian time (or equivalent time zone).

  • We now ship internationally via express couriers such as DHL, Express, Fedex, and DPEX.
  • We can accept PO BOX Address but in effect for security and safety, our couirer will call you to arrange for a suitable time for delivery instead, as we need a real signature to ensure it has been delivered
  • Please note that we are not responsible for extra charges by your bank due to the use of different currencies for payment. Your bank may charge extra for using foreign currency and the exchange rate is up to them.
  • Please note that we may ship your product with the model name in "What´s in the box" without further notice. The model name is based on different countries but they are the same product (e.g. IXUS 510 is the same as ELPH 530). If you have purchased a particular product, it means that you have agreed we will ship either one of these models.
  • Phone number must be provided before we ship, for safer and swift shipping experiences.
  • You may choose to purchase insurance during the checkout process. The fee can be reviewed at checkout.
  • If you do not choose insured delivery, and the order is lost, the maximum compensation would be AUD100.
  • Should this amount not able to cover the costs of the order, customer will be given a choice of either paying the remaining value or a voucher of AUD100. 
  • Cash Refund will not be provided under any circumstances
  • If you choose insured delivery, compensation will be provided in the form of replacement, not a refund.

Cancellation:

Please note that once you have confirmed your order, we do not accept cancellation because we will immediately process your order and forward the shipment to our warehouse. Therefore, please think twice before making your purchase. Thank you!

We also serve globally including Russia, Brazil, Europe, however certain country we may require additional information before we can process a shipment.
