We are proud to provide our customers with 18 months warranty services.
All the valid products will enclose the warranty identical to the provisions and limitations of the manufacturer´s warranty for 18 months. 18 Months is calculated from the date of payment.
During the period, we will cover for all the parts and labor costs, if you product suffers manufacturer fault.
The Warranty will not be applicable where:
- Damage caused by improper use, impact, water damage would void the Warranty.
- Periodic check up, maintenance, repair, or replacement of parts due to normal wear and tears.
- Costs relating to transport, removal, or installation of the product.
- Damage caused by shock or fall, sand, dirt, dust, dampness or corrosion, leaky batteries, lightning, liquid, fire, acts of god, war, public ventilation.
- Damage on any other items used in conjunction with the product.

In most circumstances the cost of sending the unit is responsible by the customer, as well as the return of the product back to you. Unless the return was accompany with manufacturer letter confirming the product has suffered manufacturer fault. In such case we will also cover the cost of return to your address under the same shipping services that was originally selected.
